Owner's Rep RFP

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for Owner's Representative/Project Manager is now CLOSED.

Audubon issues this request for proposal (“RFP”) for a qualified firm or team (the “Consultant”) to serve as the owner’s representative and provide project management services during the design and construction of the improvement project. The successful Consultant will serve as the owner’s representative and provide project management services (the “Services”) during the design and construction of the Project. Sustainability is an important part of the design concept. Audubon seeks a Consultant that is experienced in the construction of “sustainable”, “green-building”, and “bird-friendly” design and construction projects. Project Management Contractors are requested to submit proposals for services as outlined. This page will be updated with FAQ as they are available.

Q: Do we need to have a bird expert on the project team?
A: No, Audubon has bird expertise, but additional experts and knowledge are always encouraged and welcome.


Q: Are we required to attend an informational meeting to submit a RFP?
A: No.


Q: Who are the primary stakeholders during this process?
A: The Project Manager/Owner’s Representative will report to Audubon and the local contact is Sara Beesley, Director. However, there will be additional coordination with the landowner, San Antonio Water System, and the funder, the City of San Antonio. All COSA, SAWS, and Audubon project requirements must be followed.
